Scheduled jobs in xECM for SF were failing.

Error Message: "REST call '/odata/v2/User' failed. Reason: Invalid response received for REST call '/odata/v2/User'. Error: 0. Message: Malformed message: Invalid HTTP status code."

Initial Troubleshooting: The team confirmed the following were not the cause of the issue:

Integration user permissions were correct.

The connection was functional.

The ODATA API was successfully generating data payloads.

The issue was resolved by increasing the time-out limit. This suggests that the jobs were timing out before the REST calls could be completed, even though all other components were working correctly.
