We are rebuilding our Archive Center environment on a new VM for an upgrade from 21.2 to 24.4. The main challenge is migrating the existing SAP server and Scan station configurations without having the SAP passwords.
Our plan is to export and import specific configuration tables (like scan_host) from the old database to the new one. Will this process successfully carry over all configurations, including passwords, and function correctly in the new 24.4 environment? Is this a supported method, and if not, what is the best alternative for migrating the configuration without needing the SAP passwords?
