For developer tools my default it's take it from windows user profile location c drive.. so how to change this location to validate?

this is your client specific (tool or windows settings) you cannot make an api call asking server to store the file in a specific location of your laptop.

i belive it doesn't read from folder instead its uploaded to the postman locally
