Hi we have an issue where a manager is trying to create a contract for an employee but manager name and email is coming empty in contract . .. its working fine for super users .. we have opentext managed system hence no access to server logs . Its an xEcm for Sf implementation .. any leads to what could be the issue or what should be done to rectify the issue

I am experiencing a similar issue. When I upload a document via SAP GUI (T-Code), everything works as expected. However, when using the Manage Purchase Order app to upload the document will get the error, I expect it to be stored in the OpenText repository, but it is not.

Same issue for me as well only Fiori app is different "Manage customer governance - Fiori app"
