Job Description

We are hiring an experienced OpenText Content Server Senior Lead to lead enterprise content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OpenText Content Server (16.x/20.x/23.x), system integrations, and modern document collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and strategy for OpenText Content Server solutions enterprise-wide.

Design integration architectures connecting Content Server with external systems via REST, SOAP, message queues.

Develop secure, scalable applications, APIs, workflows, and automation.

Define security, access controls, and enterprise content governance.

Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and technical assessments.

Provide mentorship to development teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Coordinate with infrastructure teams for deployment and operations.

Required Technical Skills

4+ years of experience in OpenText Content Server (16.x/20.x/23.x) and architecture and SDKs.

2+ years of experience in Jscript.

Extensive experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware).

Proven skills in Document Server integration.

Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript.

Experience with enterprise integration patterns, API gateways, message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Database expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks, identity management (LDAP, SAML, OAuth).

Experience with WebReports, LiveReports, GCI PowerTools, and Content Server modules.

Preferred Skills

Experience with OpenText Extended ECM suite.

Frontend development with React, Angular, or Vue.js.

DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Knowledge of compliance standards (SOX, GDPR).

OpenText certifications preferred.
