Job Title: OpenText Content Server Administrator (5+ Years Experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Content Server Administrator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in installation, administration, and development of web reports. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in managing enterprise content management environments, ensuring system stability, and delivering business-driven reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and upgrade OpenText Content Server and related modules.

•Perform day-to-day system administration, user management, and troubleshooting.

•Develop and maintain WebReports and other custom reports to meet business requirements.

•Ensure system availability, security, and performance monitoring.

•Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

•Provide documentation, support, and knowledge transfer as required.

Required Skills & Experience

•Minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText Content Server installation and administration.

•Strong expertise in WebReports development and customization.

•Knowledge of Content Server architecture, workflows, and integrations.

•Experience with SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) for reporting and data management.

•Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere).

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience with OTDS (OpenText Directory Services) and SSO integrations.

•Knowledge of Archive Center, Intelligent Viewing, or xECM modules.

•Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
