We are looking for an OpenText Lead/Developer with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Content Suite and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Configure OpenText Content Suite (classification, admin, log, workspace, document templates, etc.)
-Work on APIs for seamless integrations
-Integrate Salesforce with OpenText using xECM connector
-Develop using Oscript & custom coding for API wrappers
-Collaborate with development, infra, and business teams for smooth integration & performance Mentor and train L1 & L2 teams
-Ensure compliance with ITIL standards & policies
Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge of ITIL framework & IT service management
-Experience with Box connectors for Salesforce
-Exposure to cloud-based solutions
-Prior large enterprise environment experience
