Have u upgraded JAVA before OTDS upgrade?

its parallel upgrade, target is built on new fresh Redhat 9.4 server with Tomcat 10.1.28, OpenJDK 17.0.2 and OTDS 24.2

and from the logs it says authentication is successful , but Admin UI is not authorized.

check in TOA01 table, search with SAP Object id (the one you got from error log) and see if it returns any entries
