Should be inside /ProgramData/OpenText/dpdir/m/***

Or if you have DP info tool, you can see the details of errored or stuck documents from info tool.

Inside this there will be multiple folders with big id ... Inside each you will get to see protocol file which will give error description .. at what step it breaks .
