Check for archive id using the data ids from provider table of otcs , in archive server . You can find it in ds_doc or ds_comp table . Check the availability of document by navigating to the location .. in case required you can download from backend an re-upload . But for tracking actual issue increase the logging level of otcs connect logs and check what db scripts are getting executed per document upload,delete. You can prepare a live report to test the counts etc. Hope this is enough to start with. Ping separately if required .
