Usually when you try multiple times installation and uninstallation the log dir wont get removed automatically. It may contain ond installation related error logs. So you have to manually delete that folder, then for next installation it will allow you to select

Values are being populated from the Environment Variables. Delete all %ECM%-related variables and restart your installation.

Check the below path from the C drive hidden files and remove data inside As_conf file and then try it
