Hi Everyone - Can anyone share some insights/documentation on OpenText Archive Centre 23.4 Admin… I am interested to know ‘clear backup status’ in admin client…will it just clear database entry or storage will also be cleared…

ILM is separate retention strategy meant for SAP data archiving. Although those unstructured data still resides in same common Archiving platform such as Archive center, however, for deleting xECM business workspaces resides in Content server, and its attachments, you need to implement RSI (Records management) in CS, aligned with same retention period for those SAP referenced data in SAP vs BW associated with same SAP document in CS.
