Any idea how to solve content server browser error with office editor

in OTCS linux deployments, all the working folders (installation folders, index folders, temp directory , EFS folders) etc. are set to 755 Recursively.

we have an EFS event based integration solution ...this 660 permissions is not allowing to access the file upon EFS events.
