I have different opinion about cloud hosting, in a way they control you ending up in non compatible deployment models which makes the life worse with OT support.

Yeah, we use intelligent capture, and it's SaaS counterpart Core Capture. The IC team can answer many questions by themselves. They reproduce issues and reach out to engineering. Try Engineering's response and then get back to us if they work.

Since many organizations are moving to SaaS to reduce scope 1 emissions, it is inevitable that people will move to SaaS based offerings.
