AMS OpenText Support Consultant role providing day-to-day administrative, operational, and L2/L3 support for OpenText Content Server and related ECM components.
Responsibilities:
User, group, and role administration
Monitor Content Server background jobs and queues
Handle L2/L3 incidents per SLAs
Root-cause analysis for recurring issues
Requirements:
8-12+ years supporting enterprise ECM platforms
5+ years OpenText Content Server AMS/support
Experience with xECM, Archive Center, Core Capture, VIM
