Design, develop, and maintain business applications using OpenText AppWorks platform.
· Build and optimize case management solutions, workflows, and forms.
· Integrate AppWorks with external systems such as ERP, CRM, DMS, etc., using REST/SOAP APIs.
· Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements.
· Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
· Document solution architecture, technical specifications, and release notes.
· Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
