Capgemini is seeking an OpenText Exstream Engineer in New York, NY with 8+ years experience in customer communications management.

Responsibilities:

  • Design complex customer communications using Exstream
  • Develop letters, notices, policies, regulatory communications
  • Handle batch, on-demand, and interactive processing
  • Integrate Exstream with upstream/downstream systems

Requirements:

  • 8+ years with OpenText Exstream
  • Experience with CN Design Manager and Communication Designer
  • XML and JSON data models expertise
  • CCM and multi-channel delivery experience
