Job Description

OpenText is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for Content Server and xECM products in Bangalore, India. Provide world-class technical support to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues via phone and written communication
  • Manage customer relationships in CRM system
  • Test product issues in various environments
  • Report software bugs to subject matter experts

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years hands-on with OpenText Content Server
  • Experience in technical support environment
  • Knowledge of Windows, Application Servers, MS SQL
  • Willing to work 24x5 shifts
