You will lead enterprise-wide information management strategies, strengthen governance, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Must have skills:
10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise information management, data governance, or records and information lifecycle management.
10+ years of proven leadership of large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives with budgets exceeding $1M and multi-stakeholder engagement.
10+ years of extensive experience developing and implementing information governance frameworks, policies, and metadata standards.
10+ years of demonstrated success deploying ECM and EDRMS platforms (e.g., OpenText, Microsoft 365/SharePoint) across large organizations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an EIM strategy aligned with organizational and compliance goals.
Lead implementation of EIM platforms, including secure repositories with robust security and classification controls.
Deliver an enterprise Records Management Strategy, including automated retention and disposition.
Oversee deployment of modern Records and Information Management (RIM) systems integrated with ECM platforms (OpenText, Microsoft 365/SharePoint).
Drive content and data migrations from legacy environments to secure, accessible repositories.
Establish information governance policies, standards, and ownership models.
Lead metadata standardization, data quality initiatives, and master data governance.
Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen a culture of information stewardship.
Support compliance reporting, executive briefings, and audit readiness.
