Technology: SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA with OpenText VIM
Work Mode: Remote
Looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText VIM, SAP Accounts Payable, invoice processing and workflow configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, support, and enhance OpenText VIM solutions.
- Configure VIM workflows, process types, document processing, and exception handling.
- Work on SAP AP, P2P, invoice management, and approval workflows.
- Support OCR integration using OpenText ICC/BCC.
- Coordinate with SAP ABAP teams for customizations and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot invoice processing issues and workflow bottlenecks.
- Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, deployments, and production support.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with business users, Accounts Payable teams, and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP FI, SAP MM, Accounts Payable (AP), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Expertise in VIM Process Types, DP Document Processing, workflow configuration, business rules, and exception handling.
- Experience with Archive Server integration and OpenText ICC/BCC OCR components.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production support skills.
Good to Have:
- End-to-end SAP VIM implementation experience.
- SAP S/4HANA migration and upgrade projects.
- SAP Workflow, Fiori, OpenText xECM, and Archive Server.
- Exposure to SAP BTP and integration technologies.
- SAP/OpenText VIM certification.
- Experience in global rollouts, Agile, and ITIL processes.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
