Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on OpenText expert with experience in
technical expertise, architectural insight, and strong communication skills to support large-scale enterprise OpenText Content Server / xECM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as SME for Content Server / xECM architecture and administration
Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise-scale environments
Manage upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and system stability
Solution Development & Integration
Design and build solutions using WebReports, Workflows, and custom scripting
Develop database-level integrations with SQL/PostgreSQL
Integrate Content Server with enterprise applications via xECM widgets
Data & System Expertise
Deep knowledge of Content Server schema and PostgreSQL optimization
Perform CIS modeling, file plan design, and metadata standardization.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience as Content Server / xECM Architect & Administrator
Proven expertise in WebReports & Workflow Development
PostgreSQL expertise (queries, functions, performance tuning)
Experience with Linux (RHEL) and database-level integrations
Familiarity with xECM widget integration and AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS)

Preferred Qualifications:
• OpenText certifications (e.g., OpenText Certified Professional).
• Experience with other OpenText products (e.g., Brava! Blazon, Archive Center).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for OpenText deployments.
