We are looking for an experienced OpenText ITOM / NNMi & Network Automation (NA) Engineer to manage, implement, integrate, and support OpenText NOM solutions and BAU operations.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Local Candidate preferred)
Experience: 4-6+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration, implementation, configuration & upgrades of NNMi and NA
- Integrate and manage NA with NNMi
- Configure/customize network monitoring and reporting solutions
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot NOM modules & integrations
- Develop automation scripts for configuration changes, upgrades and patching
- Implement security controls and monitoring solutions
- Support LDAP, Optic Data Lake, NPS and OpenText OO integrations
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs and training materials
- Handle BAU activities, incident resolution and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver ITOM solutions
