Hiring: Lead SAP Source-to-Settle (S2S) – Irving, TX
Location: Irving, TX (Local TX Candidates Only)
Visa: USC & GC Only
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Experience: 7+ Years SAP Procurement / AP
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end S2S enhancements and stabilization activities
- Gather requirements and drive functional design
- Coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders
- Support SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare
- Optimize vendor onboarding and maintenance processes
- Manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Support non-PO invoice processing and invoice workflows
- Drive AP processing and reconciliation improvements
- Support SAP Ariba integrations and upstream/downstream interfaces
- Prioritize backlog, sizing, defect resolution, and roadmap planning
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve invoice cycle times
- Coordinate across AMS, integration, reporting, project, and business teams
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of SAP Procurement / AP experience
- Strong SAP S/4HANA experience
- Deep Source-to-Settle and Procure-to-Pay knowledge
- Strong experience with vendor management and invoice processing
- Workflow approvals and AP operations
- Strong business stakeholder and requirements management experience
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a post-go-live stabilization environment
Preferred:
- SAP Ariba
- SAP VIM / OpenText
- Utility / Energy industry experience
- Large-scale SAP transformation or stabilization programs
- Agile delivery and backlog management tools such as ADO
