We are looking for an experienced OpenText Core Share / OT2 Consultant to help clients migrate to and optimize OpenText Cloud solutions.
Location: Remote (Global - prefers APAC/EMEA timezones)
Experience: 3+ Years Core Share/OT2
Work Mode: Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement OpenText Core Share / OT2 solutions
- Migrate from on-premise Content Server / Extended ECM to Core Share
- Configure Workspaces, Metadata, Security, Retention and Governance
- Integrate with Microsoft 365, Teams, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow
- Implement Core Share APIs, Webhooks and Custom Extensions
- Administer OT2: Users, Groups, Permissions, Storage, Compliance
- Provide best practices for Information Governance and Records Management
- Conduct workshops, training and knowledge transfer
Required Skills:
- OpenText Core Share / OT2 (3+ years hands-on)
- Content Server / Extended ECM migration experience
- REST APIs, OAuth/OIDC, Microsoft Graph API
- Information Governance, Records Management, Retention
- Microsoft 365 / Teams / SharePoint Online integration
- Security, Compliance, eDiscovery, Legal Hold
Preferred:
- OpenText Core Share / OT2 Certifications
- Microsoft 365 / Azure certifications
- Intelligent Classification / AI-driven governance
- Multi-tenant SaaS administration
