Lead our AI-driven Content Services practice - OpenText Intelligent Capture, Core Capture, and Aviator.
Location: Sydney (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Experience: 8+ Years (5+ AI/ML in Content Services)
Role: Technical Lead / Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver Intelligent Capture solutions (Core Capture, Intelligent Capture)
- Implement OpenText Aviator AI capabilities: Content Aviator, Search Aviator, IoT Aviator
- Design ML models for document classification, extraction and entity recognition
- Integrate with Content Server, Extended ECM, Core Share, SAP, Salesforce
- Lead PoCs, workshops and client presentations for AI Content Services
- Define best practices for AI governance, model lifecycle and MLOps
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science teams
- Mentor team members and drive innovation in AI Content Services
Required Skills:
- OpenText Intelligent Capture / Core Capture (5+ years)
- OpenText Aviator / AI Content Services (2+ years)
- ML/DL: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face
- Document AI: LayoutLM, Donut, OCR (Tesseract, ABBYY, AWS Textract)
- NLP: Transformers, BERT, spaCy, Named Entity Recognition
- Content Server / Extended ECM / Core Share architecture
- Cloud: AWS (SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend) / Azure (Form Recognizer, Cognitive Services)
Preferred:
- OpenText Aviator / Intelligent Capture Certifications
- AWS ML Specialty / Azure AI Engineer certifications
- Publications or speaking at OpenText Enterprise World / AI conferences
- Experience with Generative AI / LLMs in enterprise content
- Kubernetes / Kubeflow / MLflow for MLOps
