We are hiring an OpenText ITOM Consultant for a major government project in the UAE.
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi (Onsite)
Experience: 5+ Years NNMi/NA/OO
Work Mode: Onsite (UAE residency required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and administer NNMi (Network Node Manager i)
- Configure Network Automation (NA) for device compliance and configuration management
- Develop Operations Orchestration (OO) workflows and custom activities
- Integrate NNMi-NA-OO with uCMDB, OMi, SiteScope, Optic Data Lake
- Implement LDAP/AD integration, SSO and security hardening
- Develop automation scripts (Python, Perl, Shell, PowerShell)
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot NOM modules and integrations
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs and training materials
- Handle BAU activities, incident resolution and continuous improvement

- OpenText NNMi 10.x / 2020.x / 2021.x / 2022.x / 2023.x
- Network Automation (NA) 10.x / 2020.x+
- Operations Orchestration (OO) 10.x / 2020.x+
- NNMi-NA Integration, NA Device Driver Packs
- Network Monitoring: SNMP, SNMP Traps, SSH, NetFlow
- uCMDB, OMi, SiteScope, Optic Data Lake integration
- LDAP/AD, SAML/OAuth, Security Hardening
- Python / Perl / Unix/Linux Shell / PowerShell
Preferred:
- OpenText ITOM Certifications (NNMi, NA, OO)
- ITIL Foundation / Practitioner
- AWS / Azure monitoring integration
- Third-party integrations and HA implementation
