For point number 2. How did you change the document storage. And is the A2 updated in toa01 against the document id? If it is updated you should be able to view from SAP without any issues

we can change this using webreport NODEACTION MOVEPROVIDER

dataID will remain the same.. the changes will be done 'silently' by archive server.
