Rather than DB I think your Integration must be facing timeouts or errors , You can clear this table by changing Configurations on the Admin page , I dont remember the exact setting but try exploring once

You can enable session expiration setting from Admin page so that this LlWebsessioncache table will start getting clear, This will improve on the timeouts if happening and also will ease with the integration issues

You may have to test once in lower environment and get approval from Business and apply this change in Prod. Let me know if need more help
