Are you able to upload documents manually on the archive server ?

We tried to reconfigure SSL configuration and it resolved the issue, From then error and EaSp_dsh.log it seemed it was not abke to get response from Archive server

We recently upgraded our system and got this error

We are at 24.1 and new issue is that existing word, excel and .msg files are not downloading although we are able to download and access other formats without any issues
