Hi.. I have a question regarding iv_publisher account. I am installing IV 24.4, otds 24.4 and CS 24.3.. as part of the install, the iv_publisher oauth client is created. This needs to be synced to Otcs for viewer configuration. What I am seeing is the sync is failing as it (otds) tries to add it as a user (user type 0) and the dept. is set to [Service Users Group] type 18. I have a feeling that it needs to be created as a service account (different type). Has someone done IV latest version install recently? If someone confirms if they have this working, I can rule out a few things.

Out of box you can not save the form until you used esign robot

Or use WR step to create html or word file from form data and than use publish step for pdf conservation
