Hi All, we are facing below error in diagnostic report even though all connections in spro,soa manger are success and also from cs external connection is successful. We have also uploaded the pse certificate in otds still error persists. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Your SAP and OTDS domain should be same

You would need to do customization in standard SAP code to call the document viewer container several session…. As per sap standard you can have max 6 windows in one active instance of sap login
