Unfortunately i am not able to access environment but this is for specific file and dont have log, just trying to check if anyone have seen this error and have possible solution so that i can ask to try

We need to understand the issue first, if the issue is happening with all the users then we need to adjust the zip and download size settings from admin index page or some times from iis settings.
