If you have same version of opentext CS(working), then change the db password from the admin pages.

password is moved to secrects.ini

and i guess that file is also associated with key.bin in secrect folders

better to rollback the password at db level and bring your app up and running

once you got your app back.. identify the new DB Password (Do not set right away) .
