Restart IIS and Test:

Pls fix the permissions on D:appsopentext directory and subdirectories. It should resolve the issue without restarting IIS

Try hitting individual url, incase you observed issue in LB. Then narrow down which server is throwing issue

This has happened because there is an internal company transfer happening.
