Hi Team, we are in the process of installing xECM for Powerdocs version 22.3. After deploying the WAR file following the documentation provided by OpenText, we noticed that a few WAR files, such as c4ApplicationServer, c4DocumentServer, and c4OutputServer, are not starting within the Tomcat Server Manager. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? If so, we would appreciate any guidance or resolution

You should add licence in Server Manager

Licence should be added from server manager>powerdocs server manager>license>add

This is known thing restart services so that webreport license could be loaded properly
