Check your ot.ini file and look if there is [odbc] section added . If yes, delete that section and then try again

Remove the OTDS Key,OTDS server, and otds related entries in AS.Setup file and restart

If the webreport step is immediately after start step, in webreport step in tab of webreports select option display with other packages

If you are running Restclient through workflow agent make sure the restclient tag is enabled in the admin/backend server instance of content server
