Our Disposition Search auto schedule has been turned off for few months. If we enable the auto schedule now, 1. Will the search pick all the backlog of data? 2. Will there be any performance issue?

On v16 go to the otds home folder and open bat folder and from control panel you can unlock the otadmin account

I don’t think you can control it based on country but based on document type. When you assign document type sf you can control it from repo configuration for it. Discuss with your SF consultant.

From what I am aware (implementation experience from 2022), using CMIS repository is a global setting. You cannot configure it against countries or document types..

In Sf dms .. As there are some countries for which opentext is not implemented due to license cost and due to legal they dont want to store their data in anything apart from sf

I also think you can limit it by document type under sfsf.user business object type
