That’s because Archive Center doesn’t know of such a certificate. You should be able to perform this step successfully for it to be aware of this certificate.

That error needs to be rectified first, by tracing your network calls to Archive Center and identifying the root cause. You need to be able to perform PUTCERT successfully to guarantee it to work later for other functions.

I have given admin rights to the user but still this error it is showing
