Hi we are facing an issue where Manager is unable to generate the contract for Inactive Onboardee employee with future hire date , and once we enable the filter below filter in Startup. xml the inactive- preboardee starts working but then manager - active employee contract generation fails which was working initially . Below is error which we get any idea . Attached are also the SF Odata Api logs how after enabling the filter query is forming

Try restarting both OTDS and AC services, make sure most of the AC process are up and running through spawncmd status, verify the host name given in Admin client connection, Hope resource is already in activated status.
